Living here is quite manageable since the local market has all the daily stuff like milk and vegetables. Shared autos are easily available on the main road to get to the station. Only issue is frequent power cuts during summer afternoons.

Water supply is a major daily headache in Indrapuri. We get municipal water for barely 45 minutes in the morning and the pressure is very low. Most of the internal lanes are completely broken and full of loose gravel.

The area is decent and local schools are located very close by, so travel time is saved. Streets are generally safe for walking around during the daytime. Just wish there was a properly developed park for recreation.

Commuting out for work takes a lot of time because the connecting roads get heavily jammed during peak hours. The dust from the heavy traffic on the main route is constant. Rents are cheap though, which is the only positive.

Open drains are a massive problem across the locality and they are never cleaned. Even a short spell of rain completely floods the streets with dirty water. Garbage is also just dumped openly on the street corners.

The internal blocks are relatively quiet and away from the main road noise. Having local chemist shops and small clinics at walking distance is a big help. It is a simple, no-frills residential area for retired life.

Finding a proper spot to park a car here is impossible because the lanes are extremely narrow and crowded. Traffic moves at a snail's pace near the main market area in the evenings. Better to come on a bike.

Land prices are relatively lower compared to the high-end sectors, so entry cost is low. Rental demand from working bachelor groups is steady. However, the slow pace of basic road development keeps price appreciation limited.

Staying here in a shared room is very pocket-friendly for students. Local mess options and photocopy shops are right around the corner. Autos to the main transit points are cheap, though mobile network inside rooms is weak...

The broken roads right in front of the market area are ruining business because customers avoid coming here. Streetlights don't work at night, making the stretch completely dark after 8 PM. The local authorities never listen to complaints.
