The roads inside the block are a bit narrow and can get muddy during the monsoon. anyway, for this price point, you really can't complain about the lifestyle. It’s safe and has all the basic shops

Indira Nagar is great if you want to stay away from the city's hustle. I rent a 3BHK and the community is very welcoming. Schools like Lord's International are nearby, which is a big plus for my kids. Traffic on the main GST Road is the only real headache we face daily It’s a comfortable, low-cost life for a middle-class family.

the best part about owning a home here is the accessibility to the railway station. I can reach Egmore in under an hour without touching the highway traffic. Our street is welllit and the security is generally good..water situation is a bit probelamtic during summer

I’ve noticed that ground-floor units are increasingly being taken up for small clinics or tuitions. The upcoming metro proposals for the GST corridor are the next big thing to watch for..

Getting to the GST road is easy but the traffic near the Perungalathur bus stop is a nightmare during peak hours. There aren't many fancy cafes or restaurants nearby. I also just wish there were more parks for evening walks.

Perungalathur railway station and the bus terminus are close by, simplifying the daily office commute. Traffic on the main highway grid gets slow, but internal travel is fine.

Rents are quite affordable for families. Daily grocery markets and basic amenities are easily available. Water pressure from municipal lines is low in the afternoons.

Inner lanes are bumpy and lack proper footpaths. Crossing the road near the bus stand area is very dangerous due to heavy speeding vehicles. Streetlights need repair.

Decent budget rooms and local PG options are available. Fast food stalls and tea shops are cheap and handy. Public transit connectivity is the best highlight here.

Good local customer response for retail shops. Garbage disposal by the town panchayat is done smoothly. The narrow width of side streets makes loading difficult.

The area is calm and residential once you move away from the busy transit hubs. Power cuts are minimal. Local clinics and pharmacies are located within walking distance.

Good location because schools and kids' play zones are nearby. The streets are active till late night, making it secure. Dust from the railway/highway work is a small issue.

I travel through this area frequently. The main road junction is permanently jammed during office rush hours. Finding a proper car parking spot near the shops is tough.

Excellent property growth potential due to the new bus terminus and road upgrades. Steady demand from people working along the GST road corridor. Drainage works fine.

The area has become too crowded now. Groundwater quality has dropped and it turns muddy during monsoons. The heavy traffic noise near the bypass is a constant issue.
