Rent around 18k for a decent 1BHK in Inder Puri is fair for South West Delhi. Pusa Road and Naraina are super close so travel is sorted. Main issue is getting autos near Block A in peak hours... they demand random rates.

Water pressure in the upper floors is a daily issue here. Tanker dependence happens every summer when supply timing gets messed up. The market area has all daily shops close by, but basic water supply needs a permanent fix.

Streets around Central Park are clean and nice for evening walks. Grocery stores and chemists are right around the corner, which makes daily life very easy. Roads get a bit crowded near school pick-up times, but otherwise the area feels safe.

Daily traffic jam near Todapur signal during morning office hours is pure headache. Takes almost 20 minutes to move a small stretch towards Patel Nagar. Patel Nagar metro is the only savior if you want to reach office on time.

Garbage collection is quite irregular in Block F streets. People end up tossing bags near the corner plot and it smells terrible by evening. Stray dogs are also increasing around those spots. Otherwise the neighbourhood is friendly and settled.

Inder Puri is quite green and peaceful away from the main road. Parks are maintained nicely for morning exercise and senior folks meet up daily. Walking on footpaths can be tricky because of broken tiles, but overall life is very calm here.

Parking a car near the main market area is near impossible on weekends. Streets are narrow and people park on both sides recklessly. TBH better to take a cab or bike if you are coming here for quick work or shopping.

High tenant demand here due to proximity to Rajendra Place business hub and UPSC coaching centers in Patel Nagar. Flats never stay vacant for long. Capital growth is steady, making it a very safe bet for rental income.

Staying in a PG near Pusa Institute area is super convenient. Plenty of cheap mess options, local dhabas, and photocopy shops around. Bus connectivity to metro stations is reliable. IMO very practical area for students living on a tight budget.

Delivery vans struggle big time with narrow lanes and double-parked vehicles near Block C market. Loading goods during day hours is a constant fight for space. Location brings good local crowd, but logistics in these streets is daily frustration.
