Having lived here for 5 years, I can say infrastructure is solid with well‑paved roads, parks are neat, and Bus/auto connectivity to Kothrud is great. Traffic congestion on Karve road is a nuisance sometimes. Cleanliness’s good and food joints are easy to walk to.

We built our house in Karve Nagar, so utilities like water, power backup, and sewage work fine. I wish public transport were more frequent. Parking inside colony is generally ok but crowded evenings on weekends.

I am in a shared flat here. Love the community vibe, parks, and safety. Roads are well‑lit. But peak hour traffic near junction slows commute. Overall clean alhough garbage bins overflow occasionally.

Got a semi‑furnished 2 BHK here at Rs. 20,000. Colony is quiet and clean. Commute to office via bus is doable but frequent delays. Cafes and restaurants are near too.

Attended a small wedding at a resident's place. The locality felt safe and calm. Noise was minimal. Only downside was parking got crowded during event.
