So, I have been Hauz Khas a few times and that place is absolutely lovebale. There are som many places to eat and you can see monuments as well.

Hauz Khas is one of those place where I can go everyday and it would feel new to me. I love the food in the area as well.

I invested in a studio apartment here and it’s rarely vacant. The demand from students and expats keeps the cash flow steady.

I’ve owned my property for a while, and it’s retained its value well. Though the municipal maintenance could be more consistent.

I love the greenery and proximity to Deer Park. The area’s great for morning walks but rent here doesn’t come cheap.
