Write a Review

Renting a floor in Hari Enclave is very budget-friendly, got a 2BHK for around 10k. The lanes are super narrow so finding a spot for my bike is tough, but Sultanpuri bus terminal is just a short walk away.

Water supply timing is very erratic in Hari Enclave, Delhi Jal Board water comes for barely 1 hour in the morning. Submersible pumps are a must. On the plus side, Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital is nearby for health needs.

Local markets here have cheap vegetables and everyday items right on the street. Schools are nearby in Sultanpuri, but open drains on the internal roads make the streets dirty and unsafe for small children to play outside.

Daily commute to Nangloi Metro station on Green Line takes about 10 minutes by e-rickshaw for 10 rupees. However, the traffic bottleneck near Sultanpuri main road junction during peak morning hours delays everything.

Garbage collection in Hari Enclave is terribly managed by MCD. Waste gets dumped on street corners and smells bad all day. Rainwater also floods the lower lanes completely during monsoon season...

Chemists and small local clinics are within walking distance inside the block. Morning walks in nearby DDA parks in Sultanpuri are calm, but footpaths on the main road are broken and hard to walk on.

Navigating a car inside Hari Enclave internal lanes is impossible. The roads are super tight and blocked by parked bikes and handcarts. I had to park near the main road and walk 500m inside.

High rental demand for small independent floors from local factory workers and shop staff. Units rent out quickly for 6k to 12k, ensuring stable rental returns throughout the year.

Great low-cost area for students staying in PGs or shared rooms. Fast food joints and momo stalls on the main market street are very cheap, though the lanes stay quite noisy till late night.

Footfall in the main Hari Enclave market street is strong for daily essentials. Main problem is getting delivery rickshaws into the block because of parked bikes and narrow street entries.
