The commute is super easy. The area is mostly commercial, but you’ll find some decent residential pockets. Local food joints and kirana shops are everywhere. Not ideal for families maybe, but great for bachelors and working professionals.

This area is more for commercial investment than residential. Shops, garages, and industrial units are in constant demand. I purchased a small shop. The area is not high-end, but reliable.

I visit this area often for delivery work. Access from highways is smooth. Always busy with transport activity. Can get chaotic during peak hours, but work-wise it’s very active.

The area is convenient, but cleanliness is poor in some lanes. Lots of small factories and warehouses. Not a typical residential vibe. I live here only because my office is nearby. Affordable though.

Invested in a small flat near the estate. Rent comes regularly, but the surroundings are too crowded. Resale value is not growing that fast. Okay for income, not great for appreciation.
