I chose Gulmohar Park for its spacious homes and quiet surroundings. It’s perfect for professionals like me who want to stay close to South Delhi offices without the noise and chaos of busier areas.

I’ve been renting in Gulmohar Park for over a year, and it’s one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Delhi. The streets are green, there’s minimal traffic noise, and I feel very safe walking even at night.

Bought a builder floor 6 years ago and I am still proud of that decision. The neighbors are polite, area is pollution-free and crime rate is low.

As a tenant, I love Gulmohar Park's peaceful vibe and lush trees. It's a rare pocket of quiet in busy Delhi, though rent is on the higher side.
