The colony is peaceful and family-friendly, but rents are definitely on the higher side compared to nearby areas.

Though the area is calm and quite but get noisy during festivals and weekends.

The infrastructure around is fairly robust, and tenants tend to be long-term.

Model Town metro station is nearby and sometimes occasional traffic is there around peak hours.

It’s a respectable area with good resale value. However, waterlogging during heavy rain is something the authorities should fix once and for all.
