Properties are way expensive here than many suburban areas but you get great connectivity and other daily life convenience too. so can't really complain. But also it depends block wise. some blocks are a bit isolated from main roads and not everything can be available in walking distance
If you're close to the main road then be ready for pollution and noise. inner lanes are so much better as i shifted recently to Block M near Tikona Park. its quieter but a bit far from main road especially metro
I love living in Greater Kailash II. its full of parks and trees. pleasant to walk on streets. And so many coffee shops and co working spaces nearby. Blue Tokai is my go to place for quiet work or just hanging out
