Living here is peaceful, and there’s a sense of pride in the community. Only thing is, some buildings are quite old and need renovations.

I love the educational vibe here with schools like DAV and National nearby. It’s perfect for families. The issue is the traffic outside schools during peak hours.

Access to hospitals, shops, and theaters is super easy. It’s all nearby. The only thing I’d improve is the number of affordable rental apartments.

You’re literally in the center of everything — beach, malls, schools, all within 10-15 mins. But the auto fares in this area are quite high.

Since, I am a visitor to this area everything looks clean and neat. Everyone users friendly and answering politely whatever we ask. Recommendable for everyone this area .
