The connectivity in Ghitorni is good, but the metro isn't within walking distance for everyone. The area suffers from waterlogging during the monsoons. Some internal roads need better maintenance. However, the rent is more affordable than in prime South Delhi areas.
It is good for me as it lies between Delhi and Gurugram so kind of one can enjoy 2 places at once
