The roads are wide in some parts. Morning and evening hours get too busy, especially near the main chowk. People drive rashly sometimes. Rickshaws now add to the congestion.

The commute options in Geeta Colony are convenient. We get DTC bus for commuting within the city. The bus stop is right outside our block. It's easy to reach even the metro from here. Krishna Nagar Metro Station is within walking distance. Rickshaws are always available, even late at night.

For healthcare, there are small clinics everywhere. There are nearby hospitals, like Surya Hospital, that are not too far. Pharmacies are always open, some 24 hours.

Geeta Colony feels safe overall. Most people have lived here for years. Streets are active till late evening. Police patrolling is frequent for public safety. There are many government and private schools nearby that provide easy pick and drop facility.

The local market is busy almost all the time. You get daily-use stuff easily at fair prices. There are also a lot of parks. There are proper walking paths and benches. I love walking around the Yamuna River.

Living near Jleshwar Mandir area is super chill early morning. Supermarkets and veggie stalls right downstairs. But car parking here? Complete joke. People literally block my gate with bikes everyday... major headache TBH.

Metro access from Shastri Park side saves my life daily. Reaching office is fast AF. But walking through internal lanes in the afternoon is bad... garbage piles everywhere and it smells terrible. Good transport, ugly roads.

Markets here have everything super cheap, no cap. Daily grocery run takes 5 mins tops. Water timing is the only issue though... comes for just 2 hours in the morning. Got to fill tanks fast or you are doomed.

Walking on footpaths near 7 Block is impossible. Hawkers took over every inch so you gotta walk on the road with e-rickshaws zipping past. Feels super unsafe. Only good thing is chemists are right outside my house.

Pulling up here for clothes shopping at 13 Block market is always a vibe! Street food is top tier and cheap. Finding a spot to park my bike without getting towed gives me anxiety though... street is packed 24/7.

Rental demand from families and working folks is always high here. Returns are steady IMO. But monsoon flooding near the low lying patches is a real red flag. Maintenance in these tight lanes is also pretty tough.

Staying in a flat for 6k and life is sorted. Coaching centers, photocopy shops, and 40 rupee momos all right downstairs. Highkey noisy with all the honking, but for student life it lowkey slaps.

Footfall near my shop is crazy good because of market crowd. Sales stay solid! But delivery autos getting stuck in narrow lane jams near Taj Enclave signal delays my stock daily. Logistics here are an absolute nightmare FR.
