Garauli Khurd is decent area if you work nearby. Autos are easily available, but no metro nearby, so daily cab adds up. There are small grocery shops, but no big cafes or malls in walking distance. Roads are okay, not too crowded, but a bit dusty.

The area was quite village-like, but now it’s catching up slowly. Still, garbage collection is irregular, and roads get dusty. But it’s quiet.

Shifted here because rent was way lower. It’s peaceful in the evenings, less traffic, but hard to get quick transport options. No metro close by, and Ola is available. There are some new gyms opening, and a few local food joints.

Now slowly the Garauli Khurd area is improving. Road inside the colony is still kaccha in parts, but main road is better. It’s a peaceful place, people are friendly.

When I invested in a plot here 3 years ago, prices were low, and development was just starting. Now I see more builders coming in, which is a good sign. Roads have improved, but still needs better drainage and lighting. Still early for big returns.
