The rent is reasonable, and the sea view is a bonus. But I feel the area could use more supermarkets and essential services

Living here for 8 years, I appreciate the sea breeze and proximity to Marina Beach. However, the area struggles with cleanliness, especially near the fish market. The recent debris clearance by the corporation is a positive step

As a tenant, I enjoy the coastal vibe and accessibility to public transport. However, the area lacks recreational spaces and parks.

Visited a friend's place here and loved the peaceful beach nearby. The area feels safe during the day but gets deserted at night.

Best thing is beach is very close, so evening walks are nice. Area is calm and not too crowded. Rent is also okay compared to other central Chennai areas. Only issue is sometimes smell and cleanliness near beach side is not good.

This place is good for families. Schools, shops, and bus stops are nearby, so daily life is easy. Area is peaceful compared to main city roads. But during rains, some water logging happens. Also roads inside are a bit old.

This area feels very close to nature because of sea side. Not too much traffic inside. But some places near beach look a bit dirty. Otherwise, good calm locality.
