Moved here for a marketing job. Rented a small 1BHK with a friend. The roads are not perfect, but manageable. The area has a peaceful feel and is not too noisy. Supermarkets, bakeries, and clinics are all within walking distance.

Went to visit my sister last week. The area is clean and calm. People were helpful and the grocery shops had everything we needed. Good public transport as well. Felt very comfortable walking around.

We live in a small layout here and it’s been a good experience. Clean roads, polite neighbours, and a few parks for kids. The area is not flashy but comfortable. There’s even a mobile clinic that visits once a week.

I found Devarachikkanahalli convenient for my daily travel. BMTC buses are regular and autos are available. The area is calm with decent grocery shops and eateries. Rent is reasonable and it feels safe even late at night.

Bought a flat here two years ago for rental purpose. It’s close to Bannerghatta Road, so demand is decent. Tenants are mostly bachelors and small families. Returns are not very high but stable. The area is slowly improving.

Living here since 2015. It’s changed quite a bit. Now we have supermarkets, medical stores, and more apartments. People are friendly and the area is mostly quiet. Drainage has improved too, which was an issue before.
