I like stepping out in the mornings because it's nice and quiet then. Roads are decent for short walks, though a few broken patches need fixing. Otherwise no big complaints from me.
I keep coming here to meet friends and it always feels like a relaxed neighborhood. Never had trouble finding tea stalls or small shops. Evening traffic is the only thing that slows everything down.
This side always seems to have people looking for houses. Not saying it's perfect because traffic can get messy, but the area stays in demand for everyday living.

Running deliveries here isn't always fun. Cars parked along the roads make it slow, and during busy hours it gets even worse. Customers are regular though, so somehow it works.
I've been here quite a few times and the area has a nice everyday vibe. Finding a parking spot can take a few extra minutes, otherwise it's a pretty chill place to visit.
