Rent is low and you get bigger space compared to other Delhi areas. Basic shops, dairy, and sabzi are nearby. Roads are okay in some parts, but inside roads will be rough. Good for budget living, but not like proper city area.

This area is fine for families who want low rent but sometimes power cuts happen. Autos are available from main road. Inside streets are narrow and parking is a problem. Overall, average but manageable.

This area feels more like a village side than proper Delhi city. Roads inside are very small and pothholes are there some places. When I visited I felt the people were very friendly to a new comer.

Now this area is improving slowly. Roads and transport have become better. Property rates are still affordable, so demand is there. Still, infrastructure needs improvement.

Prices are low now, so entry is easy. Rental demand is there from local families. Development is slow, but in future it can grow because of nearby connectivity improvements.
