our house is right opposite theobroma which solves our random cravings:) but we kinda face issues with the sewage system which often overflows during the monsoon

it is great for a low end lifestyle...it has a local vibe and shopping is limited to small stores and pharmacies.

it is not a luxury market but the demand for PGs and hostels is massive here so makes it a goldmine for investors looking at high cash flow.

I moved here for the peace but the lack of streetlights in some parts makes walking home late feel a bit scary. for water, some of us still rely heavily on tankers during summer.

Rent is much more affordable than Porur..there are temples, eateries, etc nearby too
