My best friend bought an apartment here, and I often visit here. I like the area for its peaceful vibe. There are a few cafes nearby which we lve to explore. It's a good area if you ignore the hassle of traffic.

The area has premium apartments and rental options at reasonable prices. The proximity to IT parks is a huge plus here for many. I have given my property on rent here, and the demand is always high. Vacancy rates are low too.

The locality is well-maintained and safe to walk around alone. But water logging issues are a concern during monsoon.

Been residing here for the past 5 years with my family, and I love the area's metro convenience. The schools and hospitals nearby are a plus too. I only feel it could benefit more from green spaces and parks as the environment is very hot and humid

There aren't many cafes or recrearional spots here. The closest mall is also 6 km away. On the positive side, public transport is great and the area is safe too.
