I’ve been living in Choolai for about 10 months now. My office is near Egmore, so the commute is super easy. Buses and share autos are always available.

Choolai is old but gold. My flat here always finds tenants easily—mostly bachelors or small families who want to live near Central or Park Station. Appreciation is slow, but rental demand is strong.

Moved here for work convenience. Choolai is right in the middle of everything. Chennai Central Station is very near. I can reach George Town or Anna Nagar fast. Rents are still affordable.

We bought a small apartment near Hunters Road to rent out. It’s not modern, but location is unbeatable. Close to hospitals, schools, and wholesale markets.

My parents bought this house years ago. Now I stay here with my family. Though the area is a bit crowded, we have easy access to hospitals, temples, and schools.
