It is a bit far from central Chennai. The rent is way cheaper. Roads are pretty wide and not too crowded. Only issue is, public transport options are limited, so I use my bike mostly. Few decent restaurants around, but not much nightlife.

We were exploring and found some plots in Cholavaram. It is affordable. But the roads to reach here from city are not great. Also, not many schools or hospitals nearby. We bought it anyway for future growth.

I really enjoy the peaceful life in Cholavaram. Community is small but friendly. Roads inside the layout are good, but the main highway gets noisy at times. Shops are enough for daily needs.

I moved here because my office shifted towards the outskirts. Rent is affordable, and houses are spacious. But I miss the social vibe, no malls or big cafes nearby. Traveling to city centre takes time, and buses are not frequent. For daily groceries and essentials, local shops are fine.

The rent is not very high, but property value is slowly improving. The water supply is decent, and electricity also stable. Only problem tenants mention is lack of big stores or good schools nearby. But for calm living, it is nice.
