A popular place to live for people working in different jobs want a family-friendly neighbourhood.

This area is close to Chrompet connected by bus, train and metro all stations are within reach. Amentities like hospital, schools, supermarkets, and grocery shops are here. Good roads and property rates are higher compared to other areas. Overall, it’s suitable for families, students, and property investors looking for long-term growth.

The greenery is what attracted me to Chitlapakkam. Even though it's close to busy areas like Chrompet, the neighbourhood feels calm. Chrompet Railway Station is nearby, and there are plenty of shops for daily needs. It is a good place for working professionals.
