I own a villa here and love how quiet it is. Still feels like a village in parts, which I personally enjoy. Water supply is okay, and it's not overdeveloped yet.

Great location if you work near the airport or Hebbal. Everything is basic but livable. Not flashy, but I enjoy the less crowded vibe. You do need a vehicle here though.

I came for a short stay. The area felt like a retreat as it has quiet mornings, less traffic. No big malls or cafes, but it’s ideal if you're just looking to unwind or work remotely.

Affordable rents, especially for 2BHKs. I like the quietness and lack of traffic. Grocery shops and local eateries are decent. Still developing, but works for someone who prefers a slow pace.

Owning a property here is like having a foot in future Bangalore. Calm today, but development is creeping in. Good time to buy before prices go crazy.

Rental demand is steady but modest, mainly from IT professionals and local families. Tenants often stay long-term, keeping vacancies low.

Chikkajala is a developing area with low property prices and good long-term growth area, especially due to proximity to Whitefield and the airport.
