Chhapraula Reviews and Ratings (11 Reviews)
Attended a family function here last week. The neighborhood is clean and nice, except a few things that concerned me. Parking space limitation and traffic congestion
The real-estate market here has good potential. The entry prices are decent making it perfect for first time investors. I bought a 2 BHK property here few years ago, and the prices have appreciated by 76% till now. Area is developing and can benefit better from direct metro connectivity.
Living here for the last five years. I like the peaceful environment, but some lanes are very unsafe, especially to walk alone after 8 pm. Street lighting is necessary, and road infrastructure can be better.
I like the locality for its accessibility to local markets and malls. But you must have your own vehicle to move around as public transport is limited. Finding autos is also difficult.
Chhapraula is a quiet neighbourhood and connected to main roads. maintenance is ok but public transport options are limited
When I bought, the paperwork took typical time, but resale interest from nearby localities has been encouraging. I’d advise new buyers to check developer credentials and to visit at different times of day
There’s decent schooling and clinics nearby which matters as a parent. Streets are very busy near the main road during peak hours but inner residential lanes are quieter
My apartment is reasonably priced and has basic facilities but there's still limited high end hospitals or malls here. you have to go to indirapuram
The area has good potential to appreciate. supply is active and resale demand is also steady from local buyers. The civic infrastructure should improve and if metro develops, this can skyrocket
no park for childrens no good school no hospital no market
The area has good apartments at decent rental prices. I have rented a 2 BHK recently due to this cost-effectiveness, and share it with a flatmate. The area has all essential amenities, but there's no direct metro connectivity, so I usually take local autos. Besides, going out after 8 pm is risky as some lanes are very dark and unsafe.
