I’ve been renting a 2BHK in Chetpet for a year now. What works best is the location—it’s close to Nungambakkam, Egmore, and even Anna Nagar isn’t far. Traffic gets heavy during office hours, but access to trains and buses helps.

Chetpet has always held its charm. Properties here stay valuable because of the location and strong rental demand. I invested in an apartment near the lake area—quiet surroundings. Seeing good property value appreciation.

I had a hospital appointment near Kilpauk and passed through Chetpet. It looked clean and well-maintained. I noticed less crowd compared to areas like T. Nagar. There are plenty of small bakeries and medical shops around.

Chetpet’s been a good choice for me - peaceful lanes, lots of trees, and plenty of good eateries nearby. I work in Teynampet, and commute is quick either by auto or local train.

I picked up a flat near Chetpet railway station five years ago. It's been giving consistent rental income. College students and working professionals prefer this location.

I’ve been living in Chetpet for nearly a decade now. It’s a peaceful neighbourhood with decent neighbours and minimal noise. We have pharmacy, temples, schools and other necessary facilities nearby.

Wadgaon Sheri has a mixed crowd. there are students, families, even professionals due to IT infrastructure. Good security and transport options

I moved to sainath nagar near the manipal hospital. It feels green and safe. there are many societies and apartment complexes here. Also the ramwadi metro helps to commute farther places without spending a lot on cabs

The area is good if you want affordable houses close to city amenities. But parking is a huge headache in non gated apartments. Landlords also charge a lot for maintainence

Wadgaon Sheri is evolving and has a good crowd. Once the nagar road traffic situation improves, the appreciation will skyrocket

I love the active feeling here. It does not feel isolated and dull. There are many gyms and parks here. And if you live near anand park, the lanes are more lively and walkable

This place has multiple parks and river banks connecting to the ocean via this area. And the area has multiple options for shopping and retaurants.

A calm, residential neighborhood with a few parks and cafes. Good for a relaxed visit, but not a major tourist spot. Getting around is easier by auto or cab due to traffic.
