Chandra Nagar is lively and vibrant..it is close to many cafes, parks, iconic places like Birla Temple and LB stadium..this means lots of traffic and crowd

The property value has grown well but the area is reaching a saturation point with very little new development. We struggle with the heavy traffic and frequent VIP movement which often leads to road closures. It can be quite frustrating sometimes...

rent is very high here mainly bec of the location..connectivity etc..my problem is with the parking for my car..most streets are narrow and congsted..

the land value is high..and the proximity to the metro and administrative hubs means good demand and appreciation..While the area faces congestion issues its status as a commercial and governmental nerve center means the asset value is very strong against market dips.

Love the location. Very safe and well connected..you're close to Lumbini gardens and cafe bahar..great hangout spots for weekends but expect good amount of crowd too

Living here is very expensive because it is in the absolute heart of the city. Paying 25k for an old 2 BHK apartment, and the narrow lanes make it extremely hard to find any space for car parking.

The area feels very safe and secure because of constant police patrolling due to the many government offices nearby. My house is in a quiet lane inside, so we get a very peaceful vibe despite being central.

Travel is very simple from this area because the Assembly metro station is just 1 km away. Catching an auto or a direct RTC bus to anywhere in the city is very easy right from the main road.

Top rated educational institutes like Nizam College and St. Paul's are right on the edge of the locality. It saves a lot of travel time, plus basic grocery stores are available at every corner.

The internal streets inside the block have become very broken and patchy lately... driving a car is a complete pain. The GHMC needs to re-carpet these colony roads because they look totally neglected.

Getting medicines is never an issue since Apollo Hyderguda is right nearby. However, the heavy evening traffic noise from the main Basheerbagh road makes sitting outside on the balcony a bit disturbing.

Visited a relative here last week and the narrow entry lanes got completely blocked by delivery bikes. There is zero visitor parking inside the block, so I had to park my vehicle far away.

Land values are incredibly high here, touching 10k per square foot easily. Since it is next to major commercial zones like Abids and Himayatnagar, the rental demand for apartments never goes down.

Staying in a local PG here is handy for classes but finding budget food or cheap student messes inside this specific block is quite tough. You always have to walk towards the crowded main road markets.

The heavy dust from the continuous traffic on the main junction is a constant headache. I have to clean my store front multiple times a day because a thick layer settles on everything very fast.
