I live in BEL Colony in Chander Nagar and the area is quiet nice. There's a Nehru Park and a central park nearby. streets are mostly clean. Feels comfortable.

It's a lovely area and is also close to key places through metro and good road links. markets and clinics are nearby too.But the parks are not maintained properly. Littering is common and can feel unhygienic

Chander Nagar has a peaceful charm. there are many societies here. Amenities are good. Safe also for families. There's just the usual drainage issues and heavy rains block the roads

The area is very lively and accessible. So many shops and other facilities nearby. But the rising residential colonies and buildings is causing less space for greenery. although there are many parks inside, the maintainence is not up to mark. Also i have seen some colonies are darkly lit at night and can be unsafe to walk around

Chander Nagar is improving a lot. There are many residential apartments here well suited for all kinds of families with different budgets. It has appreciation potential and a strong rental demand as well.
