Properties on Cathedral Road remains in high demand so I get tenants for my 2 BHK without any fuss. Property rates are also increasing slowly so I am happy with my investment here. Roads however do need maintenance especially in the monsoons.

Living in Cathedral Road has been great. Top schools, hospitals, and shopping hubs are here in good numbers so we do not need to travel far for basic goods and services. The area is posh and safe hence ideal for families.

Living here feels great. Everything is organized, from traffic to utilities. Power cuts are rare, and the neighborhood is safe and calm. Traffic jams do get a bit annoying but is still manageable

Cathedral Road is expensive but I still love living here as the area is safe, well-connected and everything is nearby, like malls, eateries, hospitals, etc.

The ambience is upscale but very welcoming. I visited a restaurant here and was so happy to see a good number of parks and eateries. The area is populated yet the roads are clean. Traffic jams annoyed me a lot still I liked the area.
