Living here for 8 months. The area is peaceful with good connectivity. Local markets and eateries are nearby. Only downside is the occasional water supply issue during peak hours.

The area is good. You can get shops, clinics, hospitals and other necessities close. Invested in Borla due to its steady rental demand. Property appreciation has been consistent over the years. Overall, i am happy with my investment.

The area is evolving with new developments. It is peaceful, occasional power outages during peak seasons can be inconvenient.

The locality is safe and quiet. The lack of nearby restaurants made dining options limited. Public transportation via bus is not so convenient as they stay crowded.

Affordable rents with easy access to public transport. The locality is safe, and grocery stores are close by. Noise levels can be high during festivals.
