Affordable rent, spacious houses, and decent connectivity to work-great locality for tenants seeking budget-friendly homes

I get tenants for my proeprty easily but whenever I look for buyers to sell the property, I realise the property appreciation rate is very slow here

I have rented a property here because the rent is affordable and connectivity is also good but did not like the fact that the government is least bothered to develop the locality. Garbage is not collected on time and neither the roads are cleaned properly

The locality is overall good and safe but there are mosquito issues and occasional power cuts especially in summer months.

I did not have a pleasant expereince living here. Waterlogging during rains is a major issue and roads are also not at all well-maintained

Rental demand is good but the poor civic maintenance and delayed infrastructure projects affect resale value.

Bommanahalli is a great area to live in especially if you're working in nearby IT sectors. My office is 15 mins away but sometimes the ORR and electronic city flyover congestion gets in the way. What I love is the easy accesibility to daily essentials and also pubs, cafes, malls and cinema halls

We have lived here for more than 7 years. Bommanahalli has grown a lot. It is just connected to the outer ring road and close to many key areas like BTM, madiwala, etc. Buying home here feels like a good decision afterall

Rental apartments are much cheaper than Koramangala or even BTM layout. It is the usual spot for techies as many companies are nearby. And the bommanahalli metro is an added bonus too. I just feel the road condtions can improve and we get more public parking space
