I have shifted here recently. The rent is affordable. The nearby railway station makes commuting easy. Roads are improving. The area lacks metro. Parking is tight in society.

The housing societies are clean and secure. The local train helps in commute. Roads are decent, and I feel safe even in the evenings. There are some small parks nearby and local markets for daily needs. One issue is poor garbage management during rains. But overall, it’s peaceful and affordable.

I invested here two years ago. Bolinj has many new developments coming up, and builders are offering good deals. Rental demand is picking up slowly. It is not super urbanised yet, but that’s why the property value has potential.

The area has changed a lot since I came here. Now, there are more buildings, better roads. Our society is clean, water supply is fine, and the neighbours are friendly. Traffic can get heavy near the main road in the mornings. But otherwise, it’s a peaceful place with enough shops nearby.

It is close to the highway and Virar station. There’s space for new projects, and prices have started rising. Schools, clinics, and small shops are nearby. Still, it is a developing area in terms of infrastructure, but if development continues, it’ll be a good call.

Love the area mostly because of the metro. it saves lot of time and money. rent is higher than it should be as the area itself isnt as vibrant or posh

Shaheed Nagar is a well known area. not completely established though, but feels safe and residential. but some blocks have cramped housing system, too many buildings together and feels congsted
