Walking inside Block E is difficult because footpaths don't exist and motorcycles speed through narrow lanes. Open drains in the side alley smell bad in summer. Local chemists near the main lane are helpful though.
Catching an e-rickshaw from Janakpuri West or Dabri Mor to Block E costs just 10 to 15 rupees. Streets are very narrow and finding any visitor car parking spot is practically impossible.
Rental demand from working people is high here due to close access to Janakpuri and Dabri Mor metro stations. Property prices are affordable. Drainage is okayish, but street congestion remains a permanent issue.
