Rent in Sitapuri Part 1 Block E is around 10k for a 2BHK. Dabri Mor metro station is nearby, making travel across the Blue Line very easy. Small grocery stores inside the block cover basic daily needs without fuss.

Streets inside Block E are quite tight, so parking a car outside is a daily headache. Water supply comes only for 2 hours in the morning. Getting e-rickshaws to Pankha Road is very quick though.

Local private schools are close by on Pankha Road. The main lane has daily vegetable markets and medical shops nearby. Area stays crowded till night, so walking on the main street feels safe enough.

Morning traffic near Pankha Road junction is terrible. E-rickshaws and autos jam the narrow exit lane from Block E completely. Takes 20 minutes just to cover a short distance to the metro station... total waste of time.

Garbage collection van comes regularly in the morning now. Basic shops for milk and groceries are right on the corner lane. The street noise from two-wheelers goes on late into the night, but life here is manageable.

Walking inside Block E is difficult because footpaths don't exist and motorcycles speed through narrow lanes. Open drains in the side alley smell bad in summer. Local chemists near the main lane are helpful though.

Catching an e-rickshaw from Janakpuri West or Dabri Mor to Block E costs just 10 to 15 rupees. Streets are very narrow and finding any visitor car parking spot is practically impossible.

Rental demand from working people is high here due to close access to Janakpuri and Dabri Mor metro stations. Property prices are affordable. Drainage is okayish, but street congestion remains a permanent issue.

Paying 6k for a room near the main market lane. Cheap eateries and photocopy shops are easily available nearby. The constant dust from the main road and traffic noise is annoying TBH.

Delivery tempos cannot enter the narrow lanes of Block E because of parked bikes on both sides. During monsoon, water logs near the main entry point from Pankha Road and stops customers completely.
