Block D Sudershan Park is a dense residential sub-locality in West Delhi with pin code 110015. It is situated near Bali Nagar, Moti Nagar, and Ramesh Nagar. The neighborhood features a mix of mid-range residential buildings and local commercial shops. Residents access nearby facilities like Khetarpal Hospital, CK Birla Hospital, and the greenery of Bharat Darshan Park. The area is family-friendly and sits close to the bustling Moti Nagar Market. Connectivity is strong with Moti Nagar Metro Station on the Blue Line located just 1.1 km away. Major roads like Ring Road and Najafgarh Road provide 30-minute access to New Delhi Railway Station. Average property rates in 2026 range from Rs. 8,500 to Rs. 14,000 per sq. ft. for independent builder floors.
It is a busy residential area. not many premium spots around but the food around here is actually a big win with gems like haldiram's nearby. I usually hang out at the nearby library cafe and house of espresso
one major issue we face is the lack of planned parking space within the block which often leads to minor disputes with neighbors. The roads are also quite thin so bringing a large car inside can be a challeng.
Most of my neighbors are friendly middle-class families or other young professionals. It is not the quietest place in Delhi but it has a very lively atmopshere.
Connectivity is the main selling point with moti nagar metro station being very close by...the problem is the aging infrastructure and older buildings which can drive away the growth of high end luxury rentals
Well connected area for West Delhi, that is the main reason to stay here. Rents are not cheap but the location justifies it. Daily needs are sorted close by and getting around the city is genuinely easy.
For all its density, this area works better than most West Delhi pockets on a daily basis. Two metro lines within 2 km, Ring Road right there, hospitals close by. Practical place to own in, no complaints really.
Office commute from here is one of the easier ones in this part of Delhi. Metro gets you to central Delhi fast and the commercial hubs nearby are reachable without much effort. Peak hour station crowd is the only drag.
Block D has gotten too dense over the years. Parking on the inner lanes is a mess, two vehicles parked and the road is done. Not much has improved on that front. Metro access keeps it livable but that is about it.
Decent family area overall, schools are close and the park nearby is good for evenings. Streets feel safe during the day. Inner lanes are cramped, which is the one thing that gets to you after a while living here.
Rental demand here stays strong because of how connected the area is. Builder floors move quickly when listed and vacancy rarely stretches long. Mid-segment West Delhi has held value well and this pocket sits in a reliable part of that belt.
Easy area to get to and easy to move around once you are here. Market nearby handles most things. Gets busy and a bit chaotic on the main road but the colony inside is calmer than it looks from outside.
Colleges are reachable without much effort and the metro makes getting around the city simple. PG rents are not the cheapest but manageable. Food options near the market are decent and easy on the pocket for everyday meals.
Main road access keeps deliveries moving on most days. Inner lanes are too narrow for anything bigger than a small vehicle though. Traffic near the market stretch is always a problem, footpath encroachment leaves very little usable space.
Quiet in the mornings, good park nearby for a walk before the area gets busy. Hospitals are close which takes a lot of worry away. Gets noisy through the day on the main road but evenings inside are calm enough.
