I visit Block D quite often and never have trouble finding basic shops. It's busy without feeling too chaotic. Weekend evenings can get crowded but nothing too serious.
Looking around here, houses don't stay empty for long which says enough. Roads could definitely be better in a few parts, still the area gets regular interest from people.
TBH it's a decent place to stay. Snacks, stationery and daily stuff are all close by, so no big issues. Only thing is traffic noise gets a bit much at times.
Deliveries take extra time because cars are parked on both sides of some lanes. Customers still come regularly, but moving goods around becomes a pain during busy hours.
I don't mind coming here, but finding space to park can test your luck. Shops are easy to spot and the area feels active, just avoid the evening rush if possible.
