Block C Sector 2 Vaishali is a premium residential gated micro-pocket in Ghaziabad, bearing pin code 201019 and surrounded by Kaushambi, Abhay Khand, and Sector 3 Vaishali. This family-friendly, peaceful neighborhood sits right next to green spaces like Central Park Sector 2, offering rapid access to established regional institutions like Icon International School and Max Super Speciality Hospital. Connectivity is seamless with Vaishali Metro Station on the Blue Line located just 1.1 km away, accessible via Madan Mohan Malviya Marg, ensuring an easy 15-minute drive to Anand Vihar Terminal. Real estate rates in 2026 average around Rs. 11,300 per square foot, with highly active rental demand for upscale 2 BHK and 3 BHK builder floors.
This pocket is quite secure and peaceful. The central park inside C Block is well kept, and the regular security at the gates makes it safe for late night walks.
Commuting is incredibly easy since the Vaishali metro station is just a 10-minute walk from the block. I save so much time daily, though the main road junction gets jammed in the evening.
The location is perfect for daily needs, but the drainage system in C Block is getting worse. Even a brief monsoon shower floods the internal lanes with ankle-deep water.
It is a decent, calm area with several clinics and pharmacies right around the corner. Fresh vegetable vendors come directly inside the lanes every morning, which is very helpful.
Staying in a PG here is fine for coaching, but the rents are getting very high. Also, the mobile network signal drops completely inside the back rooms of these builder floors.
Finding a parking spot for a car in C Block is an absolute nightmare. The streets are fully lined with residents' cars on both sides, so I always take a metro instead.
Rental demand here is always solid because of the metro proximity. Builder floors sell and rent out fast, but the local authority needs to strictly fix the overflowing public dustbins.
Footfall is excellent near the sector market edge. The only daily headache is the massive chaos and double parking by shoppers right outside our gates during the evening rush hours.
The neighborhood feels safe and families are good. There are no heavy vehicles allowed inside the internal gates, so kids can cycle around safely in the evening hours.

Living in C Block is very handy because the local Vaishali markets are just steps away. My only complaint is that the municipal water pressure is very low on the second floor.
