I like the connectivity to shaheed sthal metro but the congestion is a real issue during the evenings when everyone parks their cars on the road. The dust levels are high because the roads are not all paved perfectly.

One major risk is the dip in groundwater levels in this part so you must check if the society has a reliable connection. Also the paperwork for some older freehold properties can be messy so legal due diligence is a must here..

This is a central location near patel nagar and kavi nagar so overal social vibe is good..but internally, i have noticed broken street lights in the back lanes so I avoid coming home too late..

water is not good quality so you definitely need a serious RO filter here

small but good community..but my problem is the air pollution from the nearby industrial parts which ruins the environment and skin too
