My alarm isn't the problem, the traffic is 💀. Miss the right timing and you're just stuck. Once I'm back home though, grabbing food or groceries is super quick.
It's got that proper lived in feel. People know the area well, shops stay busy and daily life feels sorted. Just wish random roadside parking wasn't such a regular thing...
Honestly this place is a W for daily life. Cheap food, easy autos and I don't have to travel much for basic stuff. Nights are mostly chill, just not many places to hang out late.
Every visit starts with me hunting for parking ... After that it's all good because everything's within walking distance. Pretty nice area if you're not in a hurry.
IMO this side keeps getting attention from home buyers because people actually want to stay here. Feels like a steady bet. Cleaner roads would make first impressions way better though.
Morning walks are nice before traffic picks up. Later the roads get busy and crossing them takes time. Good thing daily shops and medicine stores are close by.
Customers are never really the issue here. The headache starts when delivery vehicles get caught in traffic outside. Some days we just have to wait it out.
Came here expecting another crowded colony but it felt more relaxed than I thought. Daily needs are easy to find. Just a few lanes could be cleaner and it'd feel much nicer overall.

Okay this area kinda grew on me... Everything I need is nearby, so I barely have to plan anything. Traffic does get annoying around peak time, but it's still a pretty easy place to stay.
