Bhavani Nagar location is central and the area is busy but transport is weak. metro is still 4-5 km away and you dont get local autos easily inside lanes

The area has good access to hospitals and malls. its not too posh but okay for temporary living

Bhavani Nagar is not completely residential in a sense that it doesnt have lot of societies and gated complexes. but its manageable and cost effective. Also the area has real rental demand. I’ve rented out places without too much trouble because of its location and connectivity

Internal road conditions need to be improved. it feels very crowded and noisy. also there are limited trees and parks here which has led to increase in dust and pollution

Properties are affordable here and while connectivity is still improvin, it has potential for growth. Appreciation is moderate though so expecting quick gains would not be ideal
