The area still feels like a comfortable place to live. The neighbourhood is active, and everything is nearby. For medical needs, Sooriya Hospital is very accessible. Even simple things like grocery shopping or eating out are easy because of several shops around.

The area has old houses and new apartments. Parking can be tight in some lanes, but overall, it’s a safe and active locality. Roads like Arcot Road are busy but well-connected.

Bharani Colony has strong connectivity via major roads and Vadapalani Metro Station. Attractive for tenants. Padma Seshadri School and Fortis Hospital Vadapalani are nearby, add long-term value.

Bharani Colony is well-developed, but it can get quite crowded, especially during evenings. Traffic near Vadapalani junction is something you have to deal with regularly. Schools like Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School are nearby, which is good for families.

Location is excellent. Koyambedu bus stand and Vadapalani metro are very close by. Lots of affordable food messes and local markets are available within walking distance.

The area gets heavily waterlogged even after normal monsoon rains. Water enters internal lanes easily. Getting a car out during November rains is an absolute mess.

Many good schools and kids activity centers are nearby. The colony streets are gated at night, so it feels very safe and secure for family life.

Traffic near the Arcot Road junction is a daily headache during office hours. Signals take forever to clear. If you use a bike, you can bypass lanes easily.

Everything from medical clinics to wholesale grocery stores is within 5 minutes walk. Water supply from Metro Water is clean and regular. Very convenient place to live.

Commercial film studios nearby cause a lot of floating crowd and random bike parking in colony lanes. It destroys the peace and makes walking tough for seniors.

Visiting relatives here is nice but four-wheeler parking inside the colony lanes is very tightly constrained. You have to park on the outer main roads often.

Property values stay stable because Saligramam is a highly demanded residential hub in West Chennai. Rental income from media professionals is quick and consistent.

NGL this place is great for staying with friends. Budget eateries are everywhere and cinema theatres are close by for entertainment. Quite a lively local area.

The garbage collection vans from corporation block the narrow lanes during morning hours, causing minor jams. High commercial rental rates make it tough for small shops.
