One thing I appreciate most is the quality of civic infrastructure. The area stays desirable because of reputed schools, hospitals like Lilavati, and excellent connectivity across western Mumbai.
Rental demand here rarely slows down because professionals, celebrities, and expatriates actively look for homes in this neighbourhood. Vacancy periods are generally shorter than many other premium areas.
Everything is nearby, cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets, and bus stops. It saves a lot of travel time.
