When we moved to Badlapur, I honestly liked how quiet it felt. I’d catch the local from Badlapur station pretty easily, and places like Panna English High School and Matrix Hospital were close too which works great for a family. Weekends can feel a bit slower travelwise, but the calm vibe here made it worth it for me.

The area feel it is easy to rent out homes because prices are affordable, but the rent earned is on the lower side.

A cheap entry area with chances of price growth in future, but profits take time and depend on area development and transport improvements.
