It's a nice area but mostly outdated. There are not many premium apartments or amenities nearby. if you look for modern housing with gated facilities, this may not be ideal

The area has heavy traffic especially on the mathura road and near the metro station. It's jam packed always

Been here since my childhood and I love this area. although it has its issues, but living here is comfortable and nice. The transport system has improved a lot since past 6-7 years.

It has a lot of small residential apartments and complexes. the property rates are much lesser than any high end areas in Delhi. it's a bit old and crowded but still peaceful for families

The area has developed a lot but honestly, the resale bit can be challenging. The industrialization has decreased the air quality and pollution is common around here so people mostly do not prefer it to settle.
