Janakpuri B2A is super chill to live in. Everything for daily use is just walking distance near B2 Block market. C-4E bus stop is right there so catching a bus for office is sorted. Rent is around 22k for a decent place.

Water supply is given only for 2 hours in the morning here. DDA market nearby has good vegetable shops but finding parking space in the evening is a total headache. Roads inside the block are okayish, not too bad.

DDA park in B2 block is kept very clean and safe for evening walks. Streets are well lit so walking around after dark feels quite fine. Autos are easily available near the main road signal, though they charge a bit high.

Morning traffic near Janakpuri East metro station is getting worse daily. Takes almost 20 minutes just to cross the main road junction. Finding an e-rickshaw during peak hours is another big pain, total wastage of time RN.

Parks around B2 block are maintained nicely and area stays mostly quiet. Garbage collection happens daily on time. Only issue is evening street vendors blocking the main lane, otherwise living here for years has been very comfortable.

Footpaths along the main road are broken and full of parked bikes. Very difficult to walk smoothly in the morning... street lights near the corner turn off too early. Basic medical shops are close by at least.

Visiting this part of Janakpuri is always easy because e-rickshaws are everywhere. Plenty of local food joints and small shops near the block gate. Parking a car on the inner streets is almost impossible on weekends though.

Property values here in B2B are solid because of Janakpuri West interchange metro being close. Rental demand is always high, easy 30k rent for a decent 2BHK. Roads and basic drainage across the block are well managed.

Paying 12k for a small room here. So many cheap food stalls and photocopy shops near B2 market so budget is sorted. Auto guys overcharge a lot if you don't bargain hard, TBH that is the only irritating part.

Delivering stuff inside the block internal lanes is very tough during daytime. Delivery vans get stuck because cars are parked on both sides... drain water also overflows near the main entry point whenever it rains heavily.
