The area has many good residential apartments. It's surrounded by many local parks as well. So it feels a bit peaceful than nearby areas. I like living here

Living here is a mix of pros than cons. The area is big, there are all necessary facilities. peaceful for families and close to offices for corporate employees. what I find concerning is the road conditions. some parts of the area have congested lanes and full of potholes so driving feels rough. there's lack of public parking as well

There is good rental income in this area. it's mostly popular among families but there aren't many luxury apartments here. only a few good ones.

Good area and close to eateries, pharmacies, and local shops for quick errands

It's been a year I moved here for my college. I like the streets which are walkable and clean although some blocks can be dirty with irregular garbage collection. Otherwise, the rent is affordable and good area for students
