I like taking short walks in the mornings because streets stay fairly calm then. Footpaths are not great everywhere, so have to be careful while walking, still I find the area comfortable enough.
I come here often and finding autos is usually not difficult. Roads inside are busy most of the day but getting groceries or small things is never much of a problem.
Property demand around this side looks steady, but too much traffic during peak hours can put people off. IMO it still feels like an area where houses keep getting occupied, which is good sign.
Staying here is okay if your daily travel isn't too long. Food stalls and basic stores are nearby, NGL that helps a lot, but the roads get noisy in the evenings.
Delivery vehicles keep getting stuck because some lanes are narrow and cars stay parked outside. It wastes time almost daily, and dust is also issue here. Hope that improves.
