Hospitals like Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital Hadapsar and Noble Hospitals & Research Centre are nearby.

Its proximity to Magarpatta City and SP Infocity saves me hours of commuting every week. The area is well-connected by the Pune-Solapur Highway, and with high-speed internet availability, it’s a great spot for hybrid work. While it’s a busy residential pocket, the access to reliable transport and nearby workspaces makes it a practical choice for tech professionals.

For daily groceries and fresh produce, the Hadapsar Gadital market is just a short distance away. My children attend Pawar Public School, which is easily accessible from here. We often visit Amanora and Seasons Mall for weekend shopping and movies. Everything we need, from pharmacies to local stationery shops, is within walking distance, making daily life quite smooth.

For healthcare, having Noble Hospital and Sahyadri Hospital nearby gives us great peace of mind. I enjoy my morning walks at the local community parks, and the presence of several temples in the Malwadi area adds a nice spiritual touch. While the traffic on the main road has increased, the internal lanes remain relatively quiet and friendly for seniors.

The growing residential projects in the vicinity mean that the local market is constantly expanding, offering great potential for retail shops.
