Honestly the area was much more peaceful before. now its just buildings around without proper infrastructure upgrades. roads are getting bad and maintainence is poor

The reason why many people prefer this area is it gives you direct access to Andheri and still have a reasonable rent. societies are well equipped and furnished as well

Marol Maroshi is a good place for rental income. so many IT employees and aviation staff here. also families prefer this area because of airport and metro connectivity. Traffic is maddening sure but road development can improve that in coming years

I am a frequent traveller so this area works perfectly for me as its just 15 mins away from the airport, I dont have to travel 2-3 hours just to reach the Airport. Anyway, there are things to be improved like parking challeng and naror roads but overall, its decent area

Living near the marol maroshi road is actually nice. it is close to daily essentials like markets, malls, cafes. even airport is around 2 km from here. but if you like super quiet neighborhood, this can be challenging bec there's constant honking and traffic

Rental options are way too expensive here. The buildings are quiet old and finding a modern apartment was very difficult. Good thing is the connectivity. It's very close to train stations, metro, bus stops, and markets. The convenience will make it hard to leave this area.

Great area for families. We love living here and it's been more than a decade. Properties are old and needs revelopment though. Power cuts are also frequent lately. But the central location makes things worth it

On the surface it is a great locality for people living here. But from investment perspective, limited new construction means you’ll likely invest in older resale flats with high maintenance. Plus, until redevelopment happens, it will lack modern amenities like clubs or high-end gyms in societies

There’s a warm community vibe here, and you’re close to buzzing areas like Lokhandwala and Oshiwara. I've been here a few times with my friends and we have visited malls and Mahakali Caves

Traffic is a major headache here. But I found the rent here is more affordable compared to main Andheri West, and I still get access to Lokhandwala, SV Road, and Veera Desai easily.
