I enjoy living in Alwal. The area is peaceful, with good schools nearby. However, during rains, some roads flood still I must say that this locality is overall safe and good for long term living

We bought a plot in Alwal in 2018. Property rates have steadily appreciated but commercial development is still slower compared to areas like Miyapur.

I rent out my 2BHK in Old Alwal and has given it on rent. Tenants love the calm area, but ask for better waste disposal and street lighting.

This locality is not very flashy, but clean and family-oriented. Great place for senior citizens to live. No chaos, just community warmth.

I moved here for my kids’ school. Calm area, but less public transport options after 9 PM. Still better than city chaos.

Old Alwal Road keeps day‑to‑day life simple. Alwal Bus Station is located nearby. Schools like St. Joseph’s High School and Loyola Academy are close enough for quick drop‑offs.

The cost of properties in Alwal is attractive. Water and drainage systems in some areas are not in good condition. I’d focus on newer layouts or properties on wider roads.

It’s a comfortable place to live. Traffic can build up on the main arteries, and some inner lanes are in need of repair.

It’s a calm, family‑friendly area with decent bus connectivity. I picked a lane away from the main junctions to reduce traffic noise. Old Alwal Pond is great for a short walk.

It’s easy to settle in here. Bus access is simple, and most essentials are close. On festival days and near train timings, roads around the stations get busy. Green spaces like the Urban Forest and Old Alwal Pond are there to spend some peaceful time.
