Alandi Reviews and Ratings (18 Reviews)
The growing infrastructure and upcoming residential projects has made the locality a promising one and rental demand is also high here
Water supply issues can be a challenge, especially in summer. Borewells and tankers are often needed for a regular water supply.
My tenants prefer Alandi for its affordability, but they often complain about the lack of nightlife and entertainment hubs.
I love Alandi’s peaceful environment, away from Pune’s chaos. The fresh air, temples, and greenery make living here truly refreshing.
the locality is peaceful but public transport options are limited at night. I often struggle to find reliable transport to Pune late in the evening.
Property appreciation is steady here. Demand from students and factory workers keeps my rental income stable, making ownership profitable.
Alandi is a spiritual town known for the revered 'Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Temple.' It offers growing residential spaces, decent amenities, and good connectivity. However, traffic congestion and river pollution remain concerns, especially during large temple festivals and religious gatherings.
Alandi is a well known area and since it is located just off the Indrayani River, the climate is somewhat cooler but likewise, pollution is higher due to industrial contamination in the river. Also certain areas can be flooded during monsoon
It is peaceful area and I love it. It is more relaxed than inner city areas. Traffic is also bit less but the transport system is bad here. no metro andregular buses
Alandi is a pilgrimage town so the the area has spiritual significance. This helps in property resale. Housing is affordable here but some parts lack modern infrastructure with growing population
Transportation can be a big challenge here. Because there is no metro, most people don't prefer renting here. It is however becoming more desirable due to new roads and many upcoming residential projects. Can be valuable for investors
Living here is cost effective sure but commuting is annoying. If your work is in hinjewadi or other IT hubs, it will take a lot of time to reach. public transpot is there but very minimal. the main alandi road and NH is always congested
